This dish was mainly made at the time of Eid . But I love to make it any time in this way.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Milkmaid- 1/2 can
  2. Milk - 750 ml
  3. Fine simai ( vermicelli) - 1 cup ( roasted)
  4. Ghee - 1 tbsp
  5. Sugar - 1/2 cup
  6. Mini rosogolla- 10 - 12
  7. Mini gulabjum - 10-12
  8. Chopped dates - 1/4 cup
  9. Chopped fried almonds - 1/4 cup
  10. Fried cashew - 10 - 15
  11. Chopped petha - 1/4 cup
  12. Kesar - 1/2 tsp
  13. Rose water few drops
  14. Cardamom powder - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Boil the milk with kesar.
  2. Heat ghee and shallow fry the fine simai or vermicelli.
  3. Add milk into simai and boil for 5 minutes. Simai becomes soft .
  4. Add sugar , milkmaid and cardamom powder. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Switch off the gas and add rose water , also add other ingredients too.
  6. Cool and serve my style of sheer korma.
