Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Milkmaid 1/2 tin
  2. Besan 1 cup
  3. Urad dal. 1 cup
  4. Mawa. 1/2cup
  5. Dry fruit
  6. Clarified butter or Ghee 3/4 cup
  7. For Balushahi
  8. Maida. 1 cup
  9. Baking powder 1/8 tsp
  10. Baking soda 1/4 tsp
  11. Sugar 1cup
  12. Dry fruits
  13. Clarified butter 1/8 cup
  14. Curd 1/4 cup
  15. Elaichi or Cardamom 2 pods

Instructions

  1. Dry roast urad dal in a wok till it change into brown colour with a fragrance.
  2. Take this dal into blender and form a flour
  3. Now dry roast gram flour till it turns colour into light brown
  4. Mix well .
  5. In the wok add ghee and add both flour .stir till it convert into light brown colour
  6. Now in wok add milkmaid and Mawa .dry it.
  7. Take it out and mix this to the flour
  8. Now add dry fruits of your choice to this here I am using shredded coconut ,almond ,kishmish,kaju.
  9. Once you are able to hold this in your palm start making in the shape of ladoo
  10. For balushahi
  11. Take plain flour and add ghee to this. Here I am taking two TSP of ghee
  12. Now with help of lukewarm water make dough once done rest for twenty minutes
  13. In a wok dissolve sugar with water and make its syrup
  14. In another pan fry balls of flour in ghee till golden brown once done add these balls to sugar syrup.
  15. They will become light and fluffy
  16. Now in a plate put ladoo and balushai Garnish with milkmaid
