Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Coriander leaves 1 cup
  2. Pudina leaves 1/2 cup
  3. Green chillies 5 numbers
  4. Tomato 2 numbers
  5. basmati rice 2 cups
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Gingely oil 3 table spoon
  8. Chanda Dal 2 table spoon
  9. Mustard seed 1 teaspoon
  10. Urad dal 2 teaspoon
  11. Cashew 10 numbers

Instructions

  1. Cook rice for 1 whistle with 3 cups water 1 table spoon oil and salt
  2. Grind coriander leaves,pudina, green chillies, tomato and salt
  3. In a pan heat oil splutter mustard seed,chana Dal, and fry cashew and add ground paste
  4. Saute it till oil separates in low flame
  5. Add cooked rice and mix well
  6. Check taste and serve hot with pappad
