It is a complete meal and includes biryani with tangy boneless chicken and chicken balls S starters. The sauce of this sizzler is very yummy and tempting.

For chicken biryani-
Basmati rice (soaked for 1/2 hour) 3/4 cup
Sliced onion 1/2 cup
Cloves 2
Black cardamoms 2
Cinnamon stick 2 inch
Green chillies 2
Jeera 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Haldi powder 1/2 tsp
Bay leaves 2
Garam masala powdet 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Chicken 250gms
Thick curd 1 cup
Lemonjuice 1tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Red cilli powder 1/2 tsp
For boneless chicken in sauce
Boneless chicken breast cut into 1 inch piece 200 gms
Diced capsicum 1
Finely chopped onion 1 small
Sugar 35 gms
Tomato sauce 1/4cup
Lemon juice 1/4 cup
Soya sauce 1tsp
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Galic cloves finely chopped 3 to 4
Salt to taste
All purpose flour 1/2 cup
For chicken balls
Minced chicken 100 gms
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Finely chopped onion 1 /2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Egg beaten 1/2
Oil 1/2 tbsp
Finely chopped garlic 1/2tbsp
Dried red chilli 1
Finely chopped ginger 1/2tsp
Soya sauce 1/2tsp
Red chilli paste 1/2tsp
Sweet chilli sauce 1/2tsp
Corn flour 1tsp
Oil to deep fry
Grated cheese 15 gms
Onion rings to garnish
Cabbage leaves for sizzler bed
Instructions
In a non-stick pan heat oil,add sliced onions and sute it till light brown. Now add all dry masala except red chilli powder saute it for 2 to 3 minutes.
Marinate chicken pieces with curd,lemon juice,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder for 1 hour in refrigerator. Add this marinated chicken in the cooked onion spice mixture, mix well. Cook it for 5 to 6 mintues.
Now add soaked rice to it along with 1 1/2 cup of water.cover it and cook at medium flame for 10 minutes or till it is done. For boneless chicken in a bowl mix flour, salt, black pepper powder very well. To this add chicken pieces and make sure that they are well coated.
Heat oil in a pan add chicken pieces and cook for 8 minutes untill it is cooked and become golden brown from all the sides. In another pan heat 1 tbsp oi ladd garlic, onion, capsicum and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes till slightly soft.
To this add chicken pieces and toss well. Now add tomato ketchup, soya sauce, lemon juice, sugar and bring it to a boil. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes stirring it continously.
For chicken balls take a bowl add minced chicken, coriander leaves,onion,salt very little,egg cornflour and mix well.Make balls and stuff it with cheese and deep fry all the balls. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger,garlic and dried chillies and saute it.
Then add soya sauce , chilli paste,sweet chilli sauce and saute it. Add chicken balls and toss. Heat the sizzler plate till red hot . Now arrange cabbage leaves. On it first- on left hand side keep biryani after that boneless chicken and on right hand side chicken balls. Garnish with onion rings.
