Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Banana flower-1
  2. Oil -needed
  3. Salt-needed
  4. Chilli powder-4tbsp
  5. Sujji-5tbsp
  6. Baking soda-1/4tbsp
  7. Gram flour- 1 cup
  8. Asafoetida powder-1/2tbsp

Instructions

  1. Remove pistil and scale
  2. Soak Butter milk overnight or 7 hours.it help to give good taste
  3. Mix gram flour chilli powder
  4. Asafoetida powder and baking soda sooji flour
  5. Rest of some hours
  6. It shouldn't be too thick or thin
  7. Heat oil for deep frying
  8. Both sides till golden and crispy
  9. Drain on a paper towel
  10. Serve with chutne
