ABOUT Banana green chilli pulav RECIPE

This is a delicious pulav, made with raw banana and chillies, to be served woth some raita.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Banana-2
  2. Rice-1cup
  3. Oil-needed
  4. Salt-needed
  5. Cumin seeds-1/2tbsp
  6. Chilli-5
  7. Onions-2
  8. ginger garlic paste-2tbsp

Instructions

  1. Soak rice for 30 minutes
  2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker add in cumin seeds
  3. Add in onion
  4. Add tomoto
  5. Add green chilli
  6. Add Ginger garlic paste
  7. Add turmeric powder
  8. Add in banana and Fry well
  9. Add in rice and mix well
  10. Pour in water add salt and mix well
  11. Bring it to boil cover the cooker simmer the flame and cook on low heat for 15 mins
  12. Open the cooker and fluff the rice add corainder leave
