Uttapams are very easy to make, a perfectly filling breakfast for different breakfast options.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 3 cup rice
  2. 1 cup urad daal
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Water as required
  5. For topping
  6. 1 TOMATO CHOPPED
  7. 1 onion chopped
  8. 1 green chilly chopped
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl.add RICE and urad daal and WATER soaked for 3 hours.
  2. Then blend it smooth.
  3. And keep aside for 8 hours.
  4. And add salt and mix well.
  5. Take a pan.heat it, spread the batter.
  6. Then spread the prepared vegetables mixture on spread the uttapam .
  7. Serve hot.
