Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Minced mutton 250gm
  2. Egg 1
  3. Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  4. Pepper 1/4 tsp
  5. Salt 3/4 tsp
  6. Soya sauce 1/2 tsp
  7. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  8. Green chilli 2 chopped
  9. Coriander leaves 2tbsp
  10. Onion 2 tbsp chopped
  11. Maida 2 tbsp
  12. Cornflour 2 tbsp
  13. Apple cider vinegar 2tsp
  14. Mustard paste 1tsp
  15. Desi ghee 2 tbsp
  16. Cheese slice 2
  17. Mayonnaise coleslaw
  18. Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
  19. Cream 1tbsp
  20. Tomato sauce 1tsp
  21. Red chilli sauce 1/2 tsp
  22. Salt to taste
  23. Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  24. Cabbage 1/2 cup chopped
  25. Carrot 2tbsp
  26. Onion 1 sliced

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredient with keema and keep in the fridge for 24 hours Vinegar will act as a tenderiser
  2. Heat ghee in a pan and make a patty in burger press
  3. In the middle put a cheese slice folded
  4. Put a ball of keema on cheese and press again
  5. Cook on slow heat covered for 10 minutes
  6. Mix all the ingredients of coleslaw
  7. Put a layer of coleslaw in the burger bun and a patty Put some coleslaw on top of burger too
  8. Yippee. ..Burger is ready
