This is a yummy kabab recipe made with pulses.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chana daal 250 gram(wash and soaked for 1 hour)
  2. Onion chopped 1
  3. Garlic chopped 1 spoon
  4. Ginger chopped 1 spoon
  5. Chaat masala 1 spoon
  6. Garam masala 1 spoon
  7. Oil as required
  8. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mince the drained daal in a blender.
  2. Combine all the ingredients together expect chaat masala and oil into a minced daal.
  3. Then make round shape ball and then shape them in form of kababs.
  4. Now shallow fry them in some oil, in a pan.
  5. Sprinkle lemon juice and chaat masala over it.
