For spiced coffee rub
Instant coffee powder 1tbsp
Red chilli powder 2tsp
Salt
Brown sugar 1/2tbsp
Garlic powder 2tsp
Maggi masala 1/2tbsp
For burger patty
Chicken mince 500gms
1 grated onion
1tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt
1tsp red chilli powder
2 egg yolks
1tsp garlic paste
2tbsp olive oil
For assembling the burger
Burger bun
Thinly sliced tomato
Caramelized onion slices
Butterhead lettuce
Butter
Mustard mayonnaise
Instructions
In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients listed for coffee seasoning.
Mix well and keep aside.
In another bowl add all the ingredients listed for burger patty except olive oil.
Mix all the ingredients nicely and adjust the seasoning.
Now spread olive oil in your palms and mix in the patty mixture.
Carefully shape a thick patty.
Apply the coffee seasoning on both the sides of the patty.
Shallow fry the patty in butter on slow flame till it's cooked from the centre.
Take it out on a kitchen towel.
Slice the burger bun from the centre.
Apply some butter and warm it up on a grill pan
Place the lower half of the bun and spread some mayonnaise on it.
Now put some butterhead lettuce on it and stack it with tomato slices.
Put the burger patty and spread caramelized onion slices over it.
Spread some more mustard mayonnaise and cover with the upper part of the bun and serve hot.
