Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1/2 cup oats
  2. 3/4 cup sattu
  3. 3 tbsp fresh bread crumbs
  4. 1 cup nicely chopped broccoli florets
  5. 3/4 tsp red chilli flakes
  6. 1/2 tsp roasted and crushed whole corriender seeds
  7. 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  8. 1 tsp desi ghee
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. First heat water in pan when boiled add nicely chopped broccoli florets and boil it for 2 to 3 minutes not fully cook
  2. When done drain hot water from it and keep aside it
  3. Now take Oates and roast it slightly not burn,when done transfer in mixer jar and coarsaly grind it and keep aside it
  4. Take deep bowl add coarsaly grind oats, boiled broccoli, roasted corriender seeds,red chilli flakes,black pepper powder,bread crumbs,sattu and ,salt and mix and knead a semi soft dough
  5. Now heat roti tawa and make Chapati of it and place oh heat tawa
  6. When one side done flip it to cook other side and grease some ghee over the top
  7. Now again flip and again rub some ghee over the top
  8. Make all Chapatti like this,when all done serve hot with sauce chutney or with gravy
