ABOUT LEFTOVER KHICHDI POTATO TIKKI BURGER RECIPE

This is usage of left over khichdi where in its makeover is loved by all kids.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup leftover khidchi
  2. 2-3 boiled potato
  3. 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  4. 1-2 tbsp Cornflour
  5. 1 tbsp green coriender
  6. 1/4 tsp chilly powder
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1 tsp mango powder
  9. 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  10. Butter ya oil
  11. 1 tomato
  12. 3-4 slice cucumber
  13. black pepper and salt for sprinkle

Instructions

  1. Mash boil potato.
  2. grind leftover khichdi .
  3. And mix it khichdi and potato mixture.
  4. Add chopped coriender, salt , mango powder, jeera powder and 1 tsp oil and mix properly.
  5. Give it the shape of tikki and shallow fry till is golden brown.
  6. Cut the bun and spread the mayonnaise.
  7. Put the tomato slice , cucumber slice and put tikki and sprinkle black pepper and salt
  8. Cover it with the other half of bun
