This is a fusion dish, a delicious tart made with sprouts.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For tart ingredients..
  2. Sprouts boiled 1boiled
  3. Mint leaves 1tsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Boiled n mashed potatoes 5
  7. For filling..
  8. Semolina 1katori
  9. Chopped carrot 1big sp
  10. Mustered seeds 1/3 tsp
  11. Sesame oil 1tsp
  12. Chopped onion 1big sp
  13. Chopped capsicum 1big sp
  14. Chopped spring onion 1big sp
  15. Salt to taste
  16. Coriander powder 1tsp
  17. Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  18. Samber masala 1tsp
  19. Chana dal 1tsp
  20. Lemon juice 1tsp
  21. Dry red chili 4
  22. Water 1glass
  23. Kari leaves 5
  24. For salsa..
  25. Boiled sprouts 1katori
  26. Chopped onion 1big sp
  27. Chopped coriander n mint leaves 1tsp
  28. Chat masala to taste
  29. Black pepper powder 1/3 tsp
  30. Red chili powder 1/3 tsp
  31. Lemon juice 1tsp
  32. For sauce..
  33. Tomato 4
  34. 2glass water
  35. Salt to taste
  36. Sugar 1/3 tsp
  37. Red chili powder 1/3 tsp
  38. Butter 1tsp

Instructions

  1. Method for sauce..
  2. Take a wok.. Put tomatoes & water in it..
  3. Boil it on slow flame for 8mins..
  4. Then blend it & make puree
  5. Then take a pan .. Add butter in it..
  6. Then add puree in it and cook it..
  7. Then add salt,sugar & red chili powder in it..
  8. When it become thick its done..
  9. Method for tart..
  10. Take a bowl.. Add sprouts,mint leaves,potatoes,salt & red chili in it.. Mix it well & make fine dough..
  11. Then take tart mould..
  12. Grease it with some oil.. Then set sprouts dough in it..
  13. Then preheat oven for 10mins.. bake tart for 8mins on 180 degree
  14. Method for salsa.
  15. Put sprouts,onion,spices,coriander mint leaves in it.. Add lemon juice in it mix it well.. Its done..
  16. For upma method.. Take a wok.. Add oil in it.. Then add mustered seeds,chana dal ,kari leaves,dry red chili in it..
  17. Then add all vegetables in it..Then add semolina & spices in it..
  18. Then add water in it..
  19. Cover it & cook it on slow flame for 5mins.. Its done..
  20. Then fill upma in baked tarts.. Sprinkle salsa on it..
  21. Put some sauce on it..
  22. Put it into oven
  23. Bake it for 2mins..

It can be served with green chutney.
