Indochinese dishes have gained so much popularity that everybody loves having them, so make this easy and healthy veg manchuria at home with this quick recipe of mines.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup cabbage shredded
  2. 3/4 cup carrot shredded
  3. 2 tsp chopped onion
  4. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  5. 1.5 tsp soya sauce
  6. 1 tsp chilly garlic sauce
  7. 1/4 cup cornflour
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Making sauce
  10. 2 tsp ginger paste
  11. 2 tsp garlic paste
  12. 1green capsicum chopped
  13. 1 /2 cup chopped onion
  14. 2 spoon chilly garlic sauce
  15. 2.5 tsp soya sauce
  16. 2 spoon tomato sauce
  17. 2 tsp corn flour
  18. 2 tsp oil
  19. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Assemble all the ingredients.
  2. In a bowl add cabbage and carrot.
  3. Add rest of the ingredients one by one.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Grease your hands and start forming small size balls.
  6. Grease a appe pan and place Manchurian balls .
  7. Flip and cook from all the sides.
  8. Preparing sauce:
  9. Assemble all the ingredients
  10. In a bowl add water to make corn flour paste.
  11. In a pan add oil , ginger garlic paste. Add green, red capsicum saute for 2 minutes.
  12. Mix 1/4 cup of onion and rest of the ingredients one by one leaving out cornflour paste.
  13. Pour tomato sauce ,soya sauce and mix.
  14. Add 3 tsp water and mix. Stir and pour in cornflour paste.
  15. Keep stirring.
  16. Add Manchurian balls.
