ABOUT Vegetables stuffed paratha RECIPE

It is basically a tri coloured vegetables stuffed paratha containing carrot, capsicum, boiled potato and cheese paratha serve with butter tossed boiled veggies ( potato and peas) with salad. Healthy food.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Grated carrot- 1/2 cup
  2. Chopped capsicum - 1/2
  3. Grated cheese- 1/4
  4. Boiled mashed potato - 1/2
  5. Crush pepper- 1/2 tsp
  6. Chopped chillies - 1 tsp
  7. Salt
  8. For dough
  9. Maida- 1 cup
  10. Oil- 1 tbsp
  11. Pinch of salt
  12. Water as per requirement
  13. Ghee - 1 tsp
  14. Oil for fry

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients of dough and make a soft dough.
  2. Stuffing ingredients mix well.
  3. Take a big size maida ball and roll it like a big chapati.
  4. 1st spread 1/2.tsp ghee, then dust dry Maida.
  5. After that vegetables mixture all over the chapati.
  6. Cut from center to side and roll it holding one side to make a cone.
  7. Press from the top of the cone to give the shape of a peda.
  8. Again roll it and fry the paratha.
  9. Serve with butter tossed potato and green peas.
