ABOUT instant burger RECIPE

an easy snack in the evening. two in one dish.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. carrot 1/2 cup
  2. beans 1/2 cup
  3. tomato ring sized
  4. onion ring sized
  5. oregano 2 tsp
  6. lettuce leaves
  7. burger bun 4
  8. sauce
  9. cheese slice
  10. rusk 1/2 cup
  11. potatoes 4

Instructions

  1. pressure cook the veggies with little salt.
  2. cook the potatoes separately and peel the skin
  3. heat a pan. add some oil. add ginger garlic paste. once the raw smell goes add the veggies and mashed potatoes
  4. fry them well. add salt, turmeric powder, garam masala. once it cools down make them in round shapes. coat it with rusk so that the veggies stick well.
  5. place the cutlets in dosa pan. fry both sides
  6. in the mean time cut the onions in round shapes
  7. cut the bun into two. place a cheese slice. above it place a cutlet. then lettuce leaves. sprinkle oregano. then again cheese slice. some sauce. place the bun on top
  8. you can place onion and tomatoes inbetween as you like.
  9. if there is oven you can heat a little so the cheese melts. if not can eat as such.
