Idli made by adding Madoordaal and veges with Rice and Urad daal gives it a different taste.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice soaked over night 2 cups.
  2. Urad daal soaked overnight 1/2 cup
  3. Masoor daal soaked 1/4 cup.
  4. Sweet corn grated 3/4 cup.
  5. Spinach leaves chopped 1/2 cup ( 12 to 15 leaves )
  6. Carrot grated 1/2 cup.
  7. Fresh green garlic chopped 1/4 cup.
  8. Ginger grated 2 tbsp
  9. Green chilli crushed 1 tsp.
  10. Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Eno sachet. 1.

Instructions

  1. Grind daals and Rice .
  2. Keep in warm place for 4 to 5 hrs.
  3. Add all chopped vegetables. Add ginger too.
  4. Add salt and green chilli crushed.
  5. Add coriander leaves.
  6. Heat water in steamer, grease Idli moulds.
  7. Add Enough and steam your Idlis.
  8. Enjoy with green chutney.
