Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Wheat flour – 3 cups
  2. Health mix powder-1 cup
  3. Carrot1+ turmeric pwder1/4 spoon (blanched and pureed )
  4. Beetroot (blanched and pureed ) – 1/4 cup or as needed
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Sugar-1/2 spoon
  7. Butter-2 table spoon
  8. Extra wheat flour for dusting
  9. Water as needed

Instructions

  1. In three different bowls divide 1 cup of wheat flour ,1/4cup health mix powder . Add salt,sugar and butter as needed in each bowl.
  2. In the first bowl knead the dough with water.
  3. In the second bowl knead the dough with carrot puree as needed.
  4. In the third bowl add beetroot puree respectively and knead the dough.
  5. First roll the orange, Red and plain dough with a rolling pin like a roti.
  6. First place the orange , then plain and red one . Roll the 3 stacked dough tightly from one side to the edge.
  7. Now cut rolled dough into equal size pieces you can get the nice pinwheel shapes .
  8. Roll all pinwheel like chapathi.
  9. Hot the chapati tawa and make it. Pour some oil or ghee when making chapathi.
  10. Perfect pinwheel chapathi is ready. Serve with any gravies, chicken gravy is perfect match too.
