Bread Pinwheels is a easy yummy starter for a party, kids as well as adults love to have this crunchy snack.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3 bread slices
  2. 1/4 cup boiled potato
  3. 1/4 cup paneer
  4. 1/4 cup chopped Carrot
  5. 1/4 cup chopped Capsicum
  6. 1 tbsp chopped onion
  7. 1 tsp red and green chilli, chopped
  8. 1 tbsp grated Cheese
  9. 1/4 tsp garam masala
  10. 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  11. 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  12. 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  13. 1 tsp mixed herb
  14. Salt to taste
  15. 1 bowl water
  16. Butter to apply on pinwheels
  17. Oil to grease

Instructions

  1. Mash boiled potato and crumble the paneer. Add all vegetables with all spices and cheese, mix well.
  2. Cut the sides of the bread slices and roll it thin with rolling pins.
  3. Now apply some water on the edges and stick the slices together.
  4. Put the mixture and roll it tightly and slowly so that it would not break.
  5. Wrap it in aluminium foil tightly and keep in the freezer for 45 minutes.
  6. Now put aluminium foil on a baking tray and grease it.
  7. Preheat the oven at 180 degree centigrade for 10 minutes.
  8. Carefully cut into 1 inch thick slice. Apply butter on these Pinwheels.
  9. Place on a baking tray and bake it from both sides for 20 minutes.
  10. Serve hot.
