Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup chopped methi
  2. 1/2 cup boiled kale channa
  3. 1& halfmedium sized onion
  4. 2medium sized tomato puree
  5. 1 chopped tomato
  6. Salt as per ur taste
  7. 1/4tsp Turmeric powder
  8. 1/2tsp red chilli powder
  9. 1/2tsp corrinder powder
  10. 2TBSP FRESH CREAM
  11. 5-6 tbsp water
  12. 2tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl of water add chopped methi add salt and keep it aside for 10min
  2. Pressure cook till 7-8 whistle soaked kale channe
  3. In a pan saute washed methi till it gets soft.
  4. In a pan heat oil add chopped onion saute till trasparent
  5. Add chopped tomato saute for 2min
  6. Then add tomato pure, Salt saute for 2min or till oil gets separate
  7. Add methi and kale channa saute them for 5 min
  8. Then add all dried masala, cream and mix them
  9. Add water mix them
  10. Cover it and cook for 5-10min
  11. Serve with roti or naan
