Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Grated carrot 2
  2. Milk 1/2 cup
  3. Powdered jaggery 1 tsp
  4. Dry fruit powder 2 tsp
  5. Ghee 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. In pan heat ghee and add grated carrot And stir well.
  2. Now add water and close the lid and wait for 5-10 min.after add jaggery and pour milk and dry fruit powder.mix well.close the lid.
  3. Wait for 10 min. Cook it until the carrots are completely cooked and the milk is absorbed.When the halwa forms a whole mass and doesn't stick to the pan.now switch off the flame .serve it warm to your little one.
