ABOUT Savory Red velvet pancake RECIPE

This is healthy pancake with beetroot, oats , semolina n vegetables.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 c semolina
  2. 1/2 c oats
  3. 1 beetroot grated
  4. cabbage, capsicum, carrot n onion 1/2 c chopped
  5. 1 tbsp ginger garlic grated
  6. 2 tbsp corriender leaves chopped
  7. Salt to taste
  8. green chilli as taste
  9. Water for making batter
  10. oil

Instructions

  1. First mix semolina and oats.
  2. Now add all vegetables, beetroot, ginger garlic paste, corriender leaves, chiili n salt.
  3. Now add water and make a smooth batter.
  4. rest it for 15 mins so that oats n semolina soaked.
  5. Now heat a tawa n make pancake.
  6. serve with green chuttney n ketchup.
