Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Gram flour(besan) -1 cup
  2. Green chilly -1
  3. Finely chopped onion -1
  4. Salt -to taste
  5. Chopped coriander leaves -1tsp
  6. Oil -2tbsp

Instructions

  1. Mix water in besan and make a smooth batter
  2. Add salt, onion, green chilies, coriander leaves and make a thin batter
  3. Now heat oil in a non stick pan and spread the mixture over it.
  4. . Flip it when it turns little red.
  5. Your Besan ka chilla is ready to eat
  6. Tastes best when served with pickles or chutney.
  7. repeat the same process with rest of the batter.
