Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Korralu(foxtail millets)(kang ni in hindi)
  2. 1 cup urad dal(black gram)
  3. 1 cup rice
  4. 1 cup grated carrot

Instructions

  1. Soak urad dal,korralu,rice for8 hours.then grind it to make a fine thick batter.Add grated carrot to batter,let it settle for 2 hours.then keep the batter in idly plates and pressure cook (without cooker weight)for 10 minutes.
  2. Serve hot
