This is a recipe of mushroom with peas, a spicy curry that can be served with some roti on the side.

Oil 1 tbsp
Tomato puree 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Bay leaf 1
White sauce 1 tsp

Instructions

Add oil ,tomato puree,onion ,ginger garlic paste ,red chilli powder and turmeric powder shallow fry them.
Make it cool and make a paste in grinder.
Add tomato puree paste in oil.add white sauce .add salt.cook them.
Add matar and boiled mushroom add some water accordingly .cook it for 5 minutes.
