ABOUT Grilled Mayo Bread Pakoda RECIPE

Its a healthy option for breakfast, loaded with vegetables, instead of frying i just grilled it on tawa with less oil

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 onion finally chopped
  2. 1 tomato finally chopped
  3. 1 green chillies
  4. 1 small capsicum
  5. Finally chopped cabbage
  6. 3-4 tbs mayonise
  7. 1tbs schezwan sauce
  8. 1tbs tomato ketchup
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Coriander leaves
  11. 1 cup besan
  12. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  13. 1/2 tbs cummin powder
  14. 1 tbs chat masala
  15. 1/2 tsp black salt
  16. 1/2 tbs red chilli powder
  17. 1 tbs hot oil
  18. Salt to taste
  19. Whole wheat bread
  20. Butter/ oil as required

Instructions

  1. Take all the vegetables n add all the sauces,mayo, salt, coriander leaves n mix.
  2. For batter in besan add haldi, cummin PD, chat masala,black salt, red chilli PD, hot oil,salt to taste n make a batter nor too thick or thin.
  3. Now take one slice of bread apply butter then spread mayo filling on bread.
  4. Take another bread n cover it properly
  5. Now dip this bread slice into besan mixture.
  6. Apply oil/ butter on heated grill tawa n put the slice cook from both sides.
  7. You can serve it with green chutney or with ketchup
