Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sprouted Mung - 2 cup.
  2. Chopped spinch - 1 cup.
  3. Chopped green chillies - 2.
  4. Besan -1 table spoon.
  5. Salt - to taste.
  6. Eno fruit salt - 1 tea spoon.
  7. For tadka....
  8. Oil - 2 tea spoon.
  9. Rai - 1 tea spoon.
  10. Seasame seeds - 1 tea spoon.
  11. Hing - 1 pinch.
  12. Curry leaves - 10-12.
  13. Green chillies - 2 slit.

Instructions

  1. Take sprouted Mung,spinach, green chilies in a jar.
  2. Add little water, make a smooth paste.
  3. Add besan, salt and water and make a better.
  4. Lastly add eno fruit salt and mix lightly and immediately pour in greased microwave safe dish.
  5. Ready to microwaved. Micro for 6 minutes.
  6. Now cool and remove from dish.
  7. Heat oil, add rai,let it crackle, add sesame seeds, hing, curry leaves and green chilies.
  8. Cook for 2 minutes.
  9. Now spread this tadka on dhokla.
  10. Now cut desired shape and serve it with any chatani.
