A delicious cake made with multigrain atta and chopped strawberries and dry fruit chikki

Ingredients Serving: 8

Multigrain atta 1.5 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Cocoa powder 1/2 cup
Baking soda 1tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Milk 1 1/4 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Vinegar 2tsp
Coffee powder 1tsp
Hot water 1/2 cup
Strawberries chopped 1 cup
Dry fruit chikki 4 tbsp
Whipped cream 1 cup
Melted chocolate 1/2 cup

Instructions

Heat oven at 170 °c for 15 minutes
Sieve atta,salt,sugar,baking soda,cocoa powder
In lukewarm milk add vinegar , oil,vanilla essence
Dissolve coffee in hot water and add in liquids
Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients
Add chopped strawberries and crushed chikki in batter
Bake at 170 c for 30 minutes or until skewers inserted in middle comes out clean
Cool cake
In whipped cream add melted chocolate and mix well
Fill in a piping bag and pipe y
