Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cooked Basmati Rice - 1 cup
  2. Capsicum - 1/2 cup (Yellow, green and red)
  3. Roasted Peanuts - 1 tsp (optional)
  4. Coriander leaves - 1 tsp (Chopped)
  5. Bisibele bath powder - 1 tbsp
  6. Sambhar Powder - 1 tbsp
  7. Onion- 2 large (chopped)
  8. Tomato - 1 large (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Heat a kadai, add oil and onions, tomatoes. Add salt and fry well.
  2. Add sambar powder and bisibele bath powder and fry well till oil gets separated from tomato onion mixture.
  3. Add the capsicum and saute for a few minutes and add the cooked basmati rice and mix well.
  4. Mix well until the masalas and capsicum is well blended with rice. Then add peanuts and coriander leaves chopped.
  5. Spicy bell pepper rice is ready !.Ideal for Lunchbox .Serve with Cauliflower pakoda/raita
