Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. All purpose flour -1 1/2cup
  2. Milk powder -1 cup
  3. Fresh malai-1 cup
  4. Milk-3/4cup
  5. Baking soda- 1/4teaspoon
  6. Baking powder- 1/2teaspoon
  7. Powder sugar- 1 1 /4teaspoon
  8. Venilla extract- 2teaspoon
  9. For icing-unbeaten whipped cream- 1/2cup
  10. Venilla extract- 1/4teaspoon
  11. Edible green colour- 2 drops
  12. Powder sugar- 2teaspoon
  13. For Ganache- Dark compound chocolate- 2 ounces
  14. Heavy cream- 2tablespoons
  15. Gems-2teaspoon for decoration
  16. Colourful sprinkle- 2teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes.
  2. Sieve all purpose flour,Milk powder, Baking powder, baking soda together and mix them nicely.
  3. Now take malai, powder sugar,Venilla extract and milk in a bowl and mix them nicely.
  4. Now shift dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix gently.
  5. Now pour the batter in grease tin.
  6. Place the tin in preheated microwave.and bake for 20 minutes or till it done.
  7. After baking let the cake cool completely.
  8. Now take unbeaten whipped cream in a bowl and beat with beater till stiff peaks.
  9. Now add powder sugar, Venilla extract and green food colour and mix well.
  10. Now spread the icing on the cake.
  11. Now take heavy cream and dark chocolate in a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes.
  12. Now whisk until smooth and glossy.
  13. Allow the ganache to cool slightly before pouring on the cake.
  14. Now pour the ganache in piping bag and make design.
  15. Decorate with colourful sprinkle and gems.
