ABOUT Kesari Paneer Kheer RECIPE

Using my secret ingredient of making this kheer is paneer, without rice i made, it gives a taste of RAS MALAI.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Paneer grated or crumbled 1/2 cup
  2. Milk 2 cups
  3. Water 4teaspoon
  4. Sugar 2teaspoon
  5. Green elachi powder 1/2teaspoon
  6. Cornflour 3teaspoon(make paste with water)
  7. Saffron few strands (soaked in warm milk)
  8. Almonds for decorating/garnishing

Instructions

  1. Mix water with sugar and keep on heat, keep stirring it till the sugar is dissolved, approximately 2-3 minutes
  2. Add paneer and cook for 2 minutes
  3. Remove from heat and keep aside
  4. Keep milk to boil in a heavy bottom pan or kadai
  5. Cook on medium flame for 10 minutes stirring continuously
  6. Add paneer and sugar mixture along with the cornflour paste, cook for 5 minutes on sim flame
  7. Stir it till it is thick like custard
  8. Mix elachi powder and dry fruits
  9. Pour in the serving dish
  10. Cool and keep it in fridge till serving time
  11. Serve chilled, decorated with chopped almonds
