Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. All purpose Flour 2 Cup
  2. Baking Soda. 1/2 tsp
  3. salt 1/2 tsp
  4. Butter 1/4 cup
  5. Sugar 1 Cup
  6. Banana 1 Large
  7. Butter milk 1 Cup
  8. Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
  9. Cinnamon Powder 1 tsp
  10. Sugar 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven at 400°F .
  2. Sift Flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add softened butter, sugar, mashed banana and mix it well for 2 minutes.
  4. Mix buttermilk with vanilla extract and pour this mix and banana-butter mix to flour and incorporate it well.
  5. Pour half of the mixture into loaf pan of size 8 ½” X4 ½ “ and then sprinkle a layer of cinnamon sugar mix then pour rest of the mixture and cinnamon mix on top and a layer of crushed walnuts.
  6. Bake it for about 30 minutes and check it with toothpick. If it comes out clean your bread is ready.
