Secret Ingredient? mystery ingredient is Mayonnaise. These are very light fluffy and yummilicious cookies

Ingredients Serving: 3

180 gms all purpose flour
60 ml milk
4tbsp mayonnaise (egg)
1tsp baking powder
Pinch of baking soda
Pinch of salt
1/2tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

Sieve flour, baking powder, soda, salt and sugar. Keep it aside
In a bowl whisk milk and mayonnaise well. Add dry ingredients and mix well. This will be very sticky dough
Take a small rounded tablespoon and drop cookies on prepared greased baking tray. Since it contains mayonnaise, you will need little effort to drop cookies on cookie tray
Preheat the oven to 180. Bake for 10-12 minutes until top is golden brown
Allow the cookies to cool completely. Store in air tight container. These cookies are light fluffy and melt in mouth
