ABOUT Raj Kachori with sprouts twist RECIPE

This is a very delicious and very famous dish which is almost loved by all. Secret ingredient sprouts and beetroot has been added to it so as to make it healthy yet very tasty. Taste with complete goodness of proteins for health.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. For kachori-
  2. All purpose flour, 1/2 cup
  3. Rava, 2tsp
  4. Water for kneading
  5. Baking soda, pinch
  6. Oil for frying
  7. For filling -
  8. Urad dal bhalla, 1
  9. Potato, 1 small, boiled and chopped
  10. Sprouts, 4tsp
  11. Thick yogurt, whisked, 1/2cup
  12. Cumin seeds powder, 1/2tsp
  13. Black salt to taste
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Red chilli powder, 1/2tsp
  16. Saunth, 1/4cup
  17. Coriander chutney, 1/4cup
  18. Pomegranate seeds, handful
  19. Sev, handful
  20. Beetroot , grated, 1/4cup
  21. Papdi, 1,crushed

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, rawa, baking soda and with help of water knead a soft dough.
  2. Now take this dough and roll it flat.
  3. Heat oil and deep fry the Kachori until golden brown. Keep aside to let it cool.
  4. Now take a serving dish and put the prepared Kachori and break in center.
  5. Stuff with urad dal bhalla, sprouts, potatoes, cumin powder, black salt, salt, red chilli powder, Papdi, curd, saunth, coriander chutney.
  6. Top with beetroot, sev, pomegranate seeds and enjoy.
