Fish any soft 3 pieces
Ginger extracts 3 tablespoon
Guave 3 ripe
Milk 300ltrs
Boiled carrot beans capsicum
Onion chopped 4 medium
Green chilli 2
Pepper 2 teaspoon
Whole wheat flour 2 table spoon
Salt to taste
Sugar a pinch
Soya sauce 5 spoon full
White vinegar 1 and 1/2 tablespoon
Potato starch 1 tablespoon
Instructions
Marinade the fishes with 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of ginger extract and 1 teaspoon of vinegar for half an hour.
Cut the guavas in small pieces, remove seeds, boil with milk till the milk starts leaving water, add a spoon of lime juice.When the milk and water gets completely seperate transfer it in a clean cloth and hang for few minutes
Add a little bit of whole wheat and a pinch of salt and knead. Make small pan cakes. Heat oil in a pan and fry till they become brown on both sides on low flame
Remove the pan cakes and a little oil.Now fry the fish after removing from the extracts.Add pepper and salt.Fry one side by covering for five to six minutes.Stir occasionally.Fry the other side not more than one minute.
In the same pan heat some oil.Add onion and green chilli cut from the middle.Add the vegetables.Add the remaining extracts along with the extracts used for fish.Add vinegar, soya sauce,salt and sugar
Saute.Add two spoon water saute.Add potato starch.It would become thick.Remove and serve hot
Place the fish and pan cakes one after another so that it can be cut in pieces and give a burger type feel
