Tasty Pav bhaji paratha appeals the tatse buds of all ages
My mother used to amke this.
For dough: Mix the the four, oil and salt and knead a medium hard dough for paratha. Let it rest for 10 minutes
Boil potato, cauliflower, green peas. In a bowl take the boiled potato, cauliflower, green peas andash them. Now add the finely chopped onion, capsicum and grated beetroot. Add red chilli powder, dhania jeeru powder, pav bhaji masala, sugar, salt and lemon juice and mix well for filling. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
For paratha: Male small balls from the dough and roll into medium size round parathas. Add the filling on one half side and cover it with the other half making a semi circle and seal it. In a tava cook the paratha and serve hot with ketchup.
