I have used kashmiri red chilli, so its looks hot but not so spicy.Kids also can enjoy this dish.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. chicken...500gm
  2. Dry Kashmiri red chilli...10
  3. Dry red chilli...1
  4. cloves...4
  5. cinnamon stick...1"
  6. Green cardamom...2
  7. Chopped garlic...10
  8. ginger powder...1Tspn
  9. Sour curd...5tspn
  10. Sweet curd...2tspn
  11. salt
  12. ghee
  13. coriander leaves


  1. Take a bowl & soak kashmiri red chilli, red chilli, cloves, cinnaman, green cardamom in hot water.Keep it for half an hour.
  2. Marinate the chicken with salt, turmeric powder,ginger powder,red chilli powder ,sweet & sour curd..Keep it in fridge for at least 2 hours.
  3. When soaked well the spices make a paste of it.
  4. Now heat ghee in a pan & chopped garlic.Fry it for few minutes.
  5. Add marinated chicken & paste of spices.Mix it well.
  6. Add some hot water, cover it & cook it well.
  7. Adjust salt & add coriander leaves.
  8. Its ready now.
