Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Green peas 1/2 kg
  2. potato 1 ,finely chopped
  3. 4 tbsp coriander leaves for garnishing
  4. asafoetida 1 pinch
  5. ginger 1 teaspoon grated
  6. Green chili 2, chopped
  7. Black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
  8. salt to taste
  9. sugar 1/2 teaspoon
  10. oil 1.5 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan,add asafoetida,ginger, green chili,peas,potato,salt and sugar,mix well.
  2. Cover and cook until peas are soft.
  3. Add black pepper and coriander leaves. Mix well
  4. Serve hot with steaming cup of tea
