Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup
  2. Gram flour 1 tbsp
  3. millet flour 2 tbsp
  4. oil 2 tbsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. hing 1/4 tsp
  7. sugar 1 tbsp
  8. Fresh Coriander 1 cup
  9. fenugreek leaves 1/4 cup
  10. green chilies paste 1 tbsp
  11. fresh onion 1 tbsp
  12. ginger paste 1 tsp
  13. fresh garlic 3 tbsp
  14. curd as required

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix
  2. Knead into stiff dough
  3. Rest dough for 10 minutes. Divide dough into equal portions
  4. Dust surface with flour and roll out into thin rotis. Cut into shape of nachos
  5. Prick with fork. Fry until golden brown and crispy
  6. Add Guava chutney on top and serve
