Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Maize flour/makki ka atta - 1.5 cup
  2. Finely chopped methi leaves - 1 cup
  3. Boiled and mashed potato - 2
  4. Curd - 2 tbsp
  5. Clarified butter - 4 tbsp
  6. Grated ginger - 1/2 tsp
  7. Salt - to taste
  8. Finely chopped green chili - 1 - 2

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix maize flour/makki atta,methi leaves,green chilies,salt, mashed potato, grated ginger,curd and mix well. if required add additional curd and knead firm dough
  2. Divide the dough into equal portions.
  3. Place dough ball over butter paper and cover with another butter paper and roll into paratha
  4. Heat a pan with little clarified butter/ghee over medium flame. Place the paratha gently over the tawa. Cook on both sides until golden brown
  5. Serve hot with dollop of butter
