Ingredients Serving: 1

1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoon granulated sugar (adjust)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp. milk
2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon chocolate-chips

Instructions

In a bowl, add all dry ingredients and mix well
Whisk in the milk and butter until all ingredients are combined and batter has no lumps.
Pour batter into a microwave-safe mug, the batter should cover 3/4 level of the mug
Add 2 tbsp. of chocolate chip on top of batter
Microwave mug cake for 2 minutes
Carefully remove from microwave and enjoy!
