Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Grated cabbage - 1/4 cup
  2. Mawa - 1/4 cup
  3. Clarified butter - 1/2 tsp
  4. Milk - 1 cup
  5. Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
  6. Saffron - few strands
  7. Milkmaid - 1/2 cup
  8. Crushed almonds - 1tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat clarified butter in a pan.
  2. Add grated cabbage and fry till moisture is absorbed
  3. Add mawa and cardamom powder ,mix well. Make dumplings from the mixture
  4. Boil milk in a pan. Reduce the flame and stir continuously
  5. Add milkmaid and saffron
  6. Add cabbage dumplings and cook for 8 - 10 mins
  7. Garnish with crushed almonds. Serve cold
