ABOUT Spring Onion Bhajiya RECIPE

This is very common recipe which is made during rainy season and winter. It is a good tea time snack.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Spring onions- 1 bundle
  2. Gram flour- 1 and 1/2 cup
  3. Rice flour- 3 tbsp
  4. Green chilies chopped- 3
  5. Oil for frying
  6. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Clean and dry spring onions. Finely chop them
  2. Add green chilies , gram flour and rice flour in a bowl.
  3. Add salt and little water with chopped spring onions and mix it well. Make balls of the mixture
  4. Deep fry in oil till it becomes golden brown in color and crispy.
  5. Serve the bhajiyas hot with green chutney.
