Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Tomato 1
  2. Coconut 1/4 cup
  3. Green chillies 2
  4. Coriander leaves
  5. Hing
  6. Salt
  7. Curd
  8. For seasoning coconut oil
  9. Mustard
  10. Methi
  11. Jeera
  12. curry leaves

Instructions

  1. Add chopped coconut
  2. Add tomatoes and green chillies
  3. Add coriander leaves, hing and salt
  4. Mix with curd
  5. Add Seasoning made with coconut oil, mustard, jeera, methi and curry leaves
  6. Tomato Curd gravy ready to serve along with upma or idli or dosa
