Dahi Cones are made with hung curd and lots of veggies. Full of nutrition for my kids and elders.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Hung curd 1/2 cup
  2. Bread 6 slices
  3. Onion 1 chopped
  4. Tomato 1/2 chopped
  5. Capsicum 1 chopped
  6. Beans 2 tbspn chopped
  7. Green chilly 2 chopped
  8. Coriander 2 tbspn chopped
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Black pepper 1/2 tspn
  11. Chaat Masala 1/2 tspn
  12. Coriander powder 1/2 tspn
  13. Sugar powder 1/2 tspn
  14. Oil for fry

Instructions

  1. In a bowl put all ingredients except oil and bread. Mix them well for stuffing.
  2. Stuffing is ready.
  3. Take bread and cut the corners of bread slices.
  4. Flatten the bread slices with rolling pin.
  5. Now take a flatten bread slice and wet its corners with water.
  6. Now keep a tbsp of stuffing in a corner and roll lightly . press the sides with figures and seal it.
  7. Make all cones like this .
  8. now deep fry these rolls till brown.
  9. Dahi rolls are ready.
  10. Cut in slice nd serve hot with chutneys..........
