Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. instant noodles 1cup
  2. noodle masala 1tsp
  3. redchilli powder 1/2tsp
  4. boil potato 1/2cup
  5. chopped pineapple 1/3cup
  6. onion 2tbsp
  7. capsicum 2tbsp
  8. schezwan sauce 1tbsp
  9. tomato sauce 2tbsp
  10. salt to taste
  11. blackpaper powder 1/4tsp
  12. oil for frying
  13. oil for topping 1tsp
  14. cheese for garnish
  15. water as needed

Instructions

  1. Boil instant noodles for 2minuts
  2. After boiling drain exess water wash it with cold water leave in a seive for 10minus
  3. Add noodles masala and red chilli powder in noodles mix well
  4. Take 4-5long noodles lenghwise
  5. Make a round from noodles on your palm and press it
  6. Deep fry this noodle disc in hot oil
  7. Remove from oil when noodles looks golden and crisp
  8. Now for topping fry boil chopped potato in hot oil
  9. Fry potatoes till crisp and golden Then remove from oil and keep aside
  10. Heat 1tsp of oil in a pan for topping add onion and capsicum and saute for 2minutes
  11. Add chopped pineapple and cook for a minute
  12. Add salt and blackpapper
  13. Add fried potatoes
  14. Add schezwan sauce and tomato sauce mix well
  15. Place noodles discs on serving plate place topping over it garnish with grated cheese and sauce and serve
