ABOUT Colorful Paneer Salad (No Cooking ) RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Red/Yellow/Green Capsicum - 1 each
  2. Paneer- 200 grams, grated
  3. Tomato - 1 finely chopped
  4. Onion- 1 finely chopped
  5. Pudina/Mint leaves - few chopped
  6. Coriander - chopped
  7. chat masala - 1/2 spoon
  8. Italian herbs- 1/2 spoon
  9. pepper powder - a pinch
  10. carrot- 1 grated
  11. cucumber- 1/2 grated
  12. Salt as required

Instructions

  1. Remove the excess water from the grated cucumber.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together and adjust the masala, pepper powder salt as per your taste.
  3. Your colorful paneer salad is now ready!
