Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chapathis 3
  2. Finely chopped Onion 1
  3. Large potatos 3
  4. Peas 1cup
  5. Finely chopped Capscium 1
  6. Finely chopped Carrot 1
  7. Sweet corn 1/2 cup
  8. Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  9. Chopped green chillies 3 to 4
  10. Jeera 1 tablespoon
  11. All purpose flour 2 tablespoons
  12. Corn flour 2 tablespoons
  13. Bread crumbs 1/2cup

Instructions

  1. Take 3 cooked chapathis and cut into small pieces.Then blend it into fine powder.Take out and let it cool.
  2. Boil the vegetables peas, corn and potatos and mash them.
  3. Add this content into chapathi powder and mix well.
  4. Add chopped onions, carrot,capsicum and Coriander leaves and mix well.
  5. After that add salt and Jeera and mix well.
  6. Make the dough into kebab shape. Other side prepare corn flour mix by adding 1tsp of corn flour to 2 tsp of maida.
  7. And dip the kebab into cornflour mix and roll it on bread crumbs.
  8. Once oil gets heated shallow fry all these till it is done.
  9. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
