Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Jowar flour 1/4Cup
  2. Corn flour 2 tablespoons
  3. Maida flour 3 tablespoons
  4. Finely chopped onions 1/4Cup
  5. Finely chopped tomatoes 1/4Cup
  6. Finely chopped coriander 2 tablespoons
  7. Finely chopped green chillies 2tablespoons
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil for greasing and cooking 1tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well to make a batter of pouring consistency using enough water.
  2. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and grease it lightly using ¼ tsp of oil.
  3. Pour a ladleful of the batter on the non-stick tava (griddle) and spread it in a circular motion to make a diameter circle.
  4. Cook, using ¼ tsp of oil, till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides.
  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to make 2 more chilas.
  6. Serve hot with any chutney or raitha.
