ABOUT HEALTHY UPMA PIZZA RECIPE

Upma pizza is very healthy version of maida pizza. It has goodness of suji which is very good for digestive system. Less oil and lot of veggies make it healthier to any age.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup suji
  2. 1 chopped onion
  3. 1 tsp chopped adruk
  4. 1 tsp rai
  5. 6-7 kadi patta
  6. 1 tsp channa dal
  7. 1 tsp makhan
  8. 3 cup water
  9. salt as pr taste
  10. for topping
  11. 2 tbsp home made pizza sauce
  12. 1 bellpaper cut in Julian
  13. 1 tomato skin cut in Julian
  14. 1/2 onoin cut in long
  15. 2 tsp boiled corn
  16. 1 /2 tsp chilly flakes
  17. salt 2 pinch
  18. 2 tsp olive oil
  19. 1 tsp pizza season
  20. 1/2 cup grated cheese
  21. 1 tsp olives black

Instructions

  1. take a kadai heat oil add rai, adruk, kadi patta, channa dal n saute it for a minute add chopped onion n saute till soft.
  2. now add suji n roast for 5 minutes n add makhan, chilly pwdr n salt give mix.
  3. now add water n cook till thick batter.
  4. Take a greased plate pour cooked upma and press it evenly n cool down and keep in refrigerator for 1 hour so it completely set.
  5. take a pan heat oil and saute all vegies till 50% soft add pizza seasoning, salt, red chilly powder.
  6. on suji base spread pizza sauce n pour cooked vegetables and arrange it. now arrange black olives and topping with grated cheese
  7. bake for 10 min in pre heated ovan at 180 degrees and enjoy hot with tomato sauce
